For the last 30 days, I have been answering one reflection question each day and I have learned so much about myself as an educator. I couldn't agree with you more. Administrators are supposed to be educational leaders who support their teachers and help foster genuine professional and personal growth. Mutual trust and respect between admin and teachers is also needed in order for growth within a school. Working side by side, through the good and the difficult times, learning together and from each other, is vital to the success of both the teaching and the learning environment.
